Refund / Cancellation Policy
At Gionify, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have outlined the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Service Cancellation
- Clients may request to cancel any ongoing service by providing a written notice via email.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing or project milestone.
- For fixed-price projects, cancellations after the project has started may result in partial charges based on the work already completed.
2. Refund Policy
- Web Design & Development Projects:
Once a project has started and resources are allocated, no full refunds will be provided. Partial refunds may be considered if the cancellation is requested during the early stages of development. - Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.):
These services are billed monthly. Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered or ongoing campaigns. However, future billing will be stopped upon cancellation. - Branding & Design Services:
Once creative work (such as logo design or brand materials) has been started or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- The service was not delivered as agreed in the contract or proposal.
- Gionify is unable to complete the project due to internal reasons.
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
