All content, code, and designs created by Gionify remain the property of Gionify until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client as outlined in the agreement.

Gionify shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns or SEO, as many factors are beyond our control.
7. Revisions & Edits
We offer revisions as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions or major scope changes may be subject to additional charges.
